Wes Chapman, CLU CLCS is the Principle Agent of America’s Trusted Insurance Group, where he exercises his passion to provide Policyholders with peace of mind through protective insurance and financial services at the lowest possible cost without sacrificing valuable coverage. Wes is licensed in Property and Casualty along with Life and Health insurance.  He also holds his Series 6 variable license along with 2 designations of insurance; Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS).  He remains dedicated to making sure his clients are covered properly and treated like family. He is from Columbus, Ohio. Wes is an active member of Grace Point Sanctuary in Dublin, Ohio.   When Wes is not at work he enjoys traveling with his wife Crystal, and spending time with his 6 children, family and friends.

Jacob Chapman is the Ohio Regional Manager for America’s Trusted Insurance Group where he exercises his passion to provide policyholders with peace of mind through protective insurance and financial services at the lowest possible cost. Jacob is licensed in Property and Casualty along with Farm/Commercial services. He remains dedicated to making sure his clients are covered properly and treated like family. He is from Central, Ohio and also works as a firefighter/paramedic for the Columbus Division of Fire. When Jacob is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his loving wife Brooke, 2 children and being active at his church. His hobbies include, leatherworking, jiu jitsu and hobby farming.

Amanda James is the Kentucky Regional Manager at America’s Trusted Insurance Group.  In 2004, Amanda started her career in the insurance industry.  She remains passionate about providing exceptional service to clients.  She is dedicated to giving clients peace of mind with the proper coverage to protect their families, just as if they were her own family.  Amanda is licensed in Property and Causality Insurance in the states of Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio.  Amanda graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations. Amanda lives in Burlington, KY, with her husband Sam and their children, Colby, Dylan, and Lane.  She is actively involved in her church.  When not working, Amanda enjoys going to concerts, cooking, and entertaining friends and family.

Randy Miller is an Associate Agent at America’s Trusted Insurance Group. Randy has been in the insurance industry since 1989, he is dedicated to providing his clients excellent service to protect their family’s insurance needs. He treats his clients as if they were family and with the with the upmost respect.  Randy is licensed in Property and Casualty along with Life and Health.  He worked very hard to receive the LUTCF (Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow) designation.  He is actively involved within his BNI (Business Network International) Chapter, a member of the Knights of Columbus and ELKS of Cold Spring.  Randy lives in Cold Spring with his wife Lori and son Chase.  When Randy is not working he enjoys landscaping, working around his home, and spending time with his family.

Maria Hoewischer is the farm specialist at America’s Trusted Insurance Group. She knows the farming industry best in our agency! She finds the right insurance for your agriculture needs by providing clients the comfort knowing they are covered in a time of claim or loss. Her passion is working in an agriculture field along with and supporting young people. Being raised on her parent’s dairy farm in Marietta OH, she was an extremely active member of the 4-H program in Washington Co and her FFA chapter. She attended The Ohio State University majoring in Ag. Ed. She resides in Mechanicsburg OH with her husband Jaimes and their 4 children, Gus, Max, McKenze and Sam. When not at work she enjoys spending time with my family and friends. She also assists her husband and children on their custom baling operation, feed store and raising livestock.

Jenny Dillinger is a Commercial Specialist with America’s Trusted Insurance Group. Jenny joined the agency in 2021 and works in the Marysville office. Jenny has worked in the insurance industry for 12 years focusing on commercial insurance and has 35 years of customer service experience. Jenny is the mom of 2 boys and welcomed her first grandchild this past year.

Heather Jackson is an Account Executive with America’s Trusted Insurance Group. She has over 17 years of customer service experience. Heather earned her property and casualty license in 2022. Heather owned her own business and recently moved from Marysville, Ohio to Bellefontaine, OH. She is excited to excel with the ATIG Team. Outside of work she loves spending time with her family, husband of 22 years, two daughters and one son-n-law. Her passion is baking and sharing with others to see them smile!

Victoria Herzner is an Account Executive for America’s Trusted Insurance Group. She is dedicated to assisting her clients in acquiring protective policies that suit their individual needs. She has always found a passion in serving her community with a background of 8+ years in customer service and caregiving. Victoria lives in Northern Kentucky with her fiancé Gary and four children. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family by going to parks, events, or exploring new places.

Ashley Welliford grew up in Springfield Ohio and is a licensed insurance Customer Service Representative at America’s Trusted Insurance Group. Ashley has a passion for helping people and eager to learn new things. Aside from watching anime and cooking shows, she enjoys spending time with her large family.

Jordy Stewart is an Account Executive for America’s Trusted Insurance Group. He is committed to providing the best possible coverage for his clients while also delivering excellent customer service. He has worked several years in both sales and hospitality, and understands the importance of creating a positive customer experience. When Jordy isn’t working, he enjoys writing, playing music, and drawing or painting, as well as spending time with his family and friends.

Katherine Sullinger is a Customer Service Representative for America’s Trusted Insurance Group. She attended Thomas More University and has 4 years of customer service experience. She is committed to making sure clients get remarkable service. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and going on walks with her dog.

Brittany Ziegler is a Customer Service Representative with America’s Trusted Insurance Group. She has always enjoyed helping others and has many years of experience in customer service. She is new to the insurance industry but is very excited about this new chapter with ATIG. Brittany resides with her husband, two children and 4 fur babies. When Brittany is not at work, she enjoys time with her family and loves cricuting in her spare time.

Bill Olson is one of the founding partners of America’s Trusted Insurance Group. Bill started his career in the insurance business as an associate agent with Nationwide Insurance in 1988, and became a primary agent in Marysville, Ohio in 1995. Bill comes from a large family with deep roots in working with Nationwide Insurance. Over the years, over 18 family members have worked for, or have been an agent for Nationwide Insurance. Bill lives in Marysville with his wife Kay, and their two children.
