“I have been with the same insurance company for years and thought I would never switch. Well, that was until I met Wesley and we starting talking about all the different options I would have with Nationwide and how he could improve my coverage. Any time I switch companies (especially important accounts like insurance) I am always weary about change. I can say I am glad I made the decision to switch! Wesley was able to get me more coverage for a better price and explain my coverage in ways that my previous company never did. I feel 100% more confident in my coverage and that Nationwide will be there when I need them the most. Wesley was absolutely great to work with and made the transition so easy! “I was with a different insurance company for 20+ years and when I went to add my son after he received his license, the premium was so high that I couldn’t afford it. So, I started shopping around. Of course I called Wes and he spent so much time on the phone with me explaining all they had to offer. I switched in November of 2013 and glad I did. Well, I never had a claim in the 20 years I was with the other guys and as soon as I switched, my son had his first accident in December. I dreaded calling to file a claim! I did it online and someone called me back within a half hour. The next day an insurance adjuster was at my house and I received a check right then and there. Fast forward to January and my son has another accident and this time totals his car. Nationwide paid the value of the car within a week and my gap insurance paid the balance(thank goodness). Fast forward to May and I hit a deer!!!! Same adjuster comes to my house and I have a check immediately. And Nationwide handled the whole process of my rental car!!! Well, after my son goes through court, traffic school, and kids and keys program and scores excellent on everything it was like he never had his second accident. My premiums have not gone up and I am thankful. I love Nationwide and all of the employees at Wes’s office! Nationwide is my forever insurance company (as long as they don’t drop me….I have had some awful luck here lately) Oh, and I had to have my son’s replacement vehicle towed to the garage today and roadside assistance was awesome! Thanks Nationwide and everyone at Wes’s office!”

“I was shopping for home insurance for my 86 year old Mother. My father had passed away and when we took the cars off (Mom is unable to drive) her old insurance company informed me that her insurance would be canceled. I started shopping around. I had very limited time because my sister and I split the time taking care of my mother who requires someone with her at all times and I also live two hours away. Wes was very quick to give me a quote, and to give me advice and help me compare all the quotes I had received. He was courteous, and very friendly. He followed up quickly on all my questions . I had to keep calling the other agencies to get my quotes and to see if they had received my emails because I had not heard from them. I had made an appointment with Wes for 1:00 PM but my scheduled changed at the last minute and I dropped into the office that morning unannounced and he took care of me as if he was expecting me. A task that I thought was going to be long and tedious was done very quickly.”
