“I was with a different insurance company for 20+ years and when I went to add my son after he received his license, the premium was so high that I couldn’t afford it. So, I started shopping around. Of course I called Wes and he spent so much time on the phone with me explaining all they had to offer. I switched in November of 2013 and glad I did. Well, I never had a claim in the 20 years I was with the other guys and as soon as I switched, my son had his first accident in December. I dreaded calling to file a claim! I did it online and someone called me back within a half hour. The next day an insurance adjuster was at my house and I received a check right then and there. Fast forward to January and my son has another accident and this time totals his car. Nationwide paid the value of the car within a week and my gap insurance paid the balance(thank goodness). Fast forward to May and I hit a deer!!!! Same adjuster comes to my house and I have a check immediately. And Nationwide handled the whole process of my rental car!!! Well, after my son goes through court, traffic school, and kids and keys program and scores excellent on everything it was like he never had his second accident. My premiums have not gone up and I am thankful. I love Nationwide and all of the employees at Wes’s office! Nationwide is my forever insurance company (as long as they don’t drop me….I have had some awful luck here lately) Oh, and I had to have my son’s replacement vehicle towed to the garage today and roadside assistance was awesome!
